The Goodyear Cotton Bowl is a bowl game played every college football season that is part of the College Football Playoff’s “New Year’s Six.” The game takes place at AT&T Stadium, home to the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, in Arlington, Texas, which is just outside of the Dallas metropolitan area. On a rotating basis and in certain years, the Cotton Bowl is home to the College Football Playoff’s national semifinals and national championship games.
Fans are encouraged to spend the week in the Dallas metropolitan area to take part in a host of events held by the Cotton Bowl all week. Those include “Huddle Up Fan Fest,” “Six Flags Fan Day” and “Battle of the Bands.” Aside from attending those events, fans can check out the Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas Zoo and the city's many different neighborhoods. Neighboring Fort Worth, Texas also boasts vibrant nightlife, cultural sites and a renowned shopping district. The bowl offers partner hotel packages to make planning a trip to the area easy.
